Happy Birthday from my house to yours!

I thought, I can do that...so I cased this card I saw on one of the many blogs I visit and do you think I can remember who's it was and I can't seem to find it again....sorry

I used the free paper from the Stampin Up Celebration mini, the little houses were cut out and popped up with dimentionals, rectangles are cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities, it does look rather plain in a way so I could possibly add some brads, what do you think?

Ten Minute Challenge

I thought I would try the 10 min color challenge over at Carole'Anne's Blog Stampin Stress Away  http://mirrorimage.typepad.com/caroleannes-1st-blog/   and Sandi's Blog  http://www.sandimaciver.com/
You have to check out these two ladies blogs, they both do fantastic work. 

Now I never got the card done within the 10 mins, I don't think I could do that, but I got the colors down right.

The colors used are

All papers used were from Stampin Up, butterflies are a Stampin Up die that I put thru my Cuttlebug.

and my picture taking is not improving at all, I gotta get a light box or something,  anyone have any suggestions?

I have been busy!

I bought a new laptop before Christmas and I have not used it much, so I decided to use it to do this blog post, it has a touch screen, so if you see a lot of spelling mistakes we will blame it on the little touch pen not on me LOL
I have busy making a few different cards.

This is a business envelope size card, made with 3D tags that I had put together quite some time ago. The edge was punched with a Fiskars punch.

This is anothe Valentines card I made with an image from Twisted Papers, they have some great images. 

The heart backgroung was embossed using the Cuttlebug and one of the new romance folders.

And yet another black and white card, stamped greeting is from Stampin Up.

That's it for this post I will have a couple more cards to upload a bit later.

Valentine's Cards

This little 3d frog image was printed off , cut out and layered onto a nestibilities heart the paper was folded in half then cut with the die just off at the top so you have a folded card

This one same thing but I used a square card base and cut out a square nesibalities and used it as a frame, I think they turned out really cute.

This card is another 3d image cut out and layered on to card base embossed with the cuttlebug, layered with red nestabilities die and a paper lace doily

This card I cut the heart with the holes and the love on my Craftrobo with a free file , the small white hearts are the small heart nestabilites die and I put them thru  the Cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder, on the insde so the what holes would show up I put a heart shape and lined with a white piece edges punched with the Fiskars heart border punch. Sorry I should have taken a picture of the inside too.

This card is a different size made to fit in a business envelope, used a mixture of hearts on this one,Stampin Up and Nestabilities, embossed with Cuttlebug folder allergro, border punch from Stampin Up
